Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and ggtaya ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at ggtaya.cam. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of ggtaya, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, and communications with customer support.

• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ggtaya or any gaming operator;

ggtaya reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the platform's satisfaction.

Account Registration

To participate in any real-money gaming activity on ggtaya, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ggtaya. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or any other identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, ggtaya will consolidate or close the accounts at its sole discretion, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination and forfeiture of account balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggtaya login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ggtaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. You must notify ggtaya's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

ggtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, suspected collusion, or failure to complete identity verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any account balance may be subject to forfeiture.

Identity Verification (Know Your Customer)

ggtaya is required to conduct identity verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and gaming regulatory requirements. The following applies:

• Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal of funds is processed;
• Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and national ID;
• ggtaya may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address and proof of source of funds for large transactions;
• ggtaya may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC review;
• Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension;
• All KYC documents submitted to ggtaya are treated in accordance with the ggtaya Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to ggtaya are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank, and Visa card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. ggtaya reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your ggtaya account balance immediately upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. ggtaya is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or banking processing times.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ggtaya account;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100;
• ggtaya targets processing withdrawal requests within five (5) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval;
• ggtaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests of significant value;
• Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

ggtaya offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered on the platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus balance or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal;
• Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, time limits, and any additional conditions are set out in the individual terms of each promotion;
• ggtaya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an account;
• Bonuses credited in error may be removed from a player's account at any time;
• Attempting to abuse or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets or using bonus funds on restricted game types — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player. Players who operate multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all bonus credits voided;
• ggtaya reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at its sole discretion.

Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay rules apply to all gaming activities on ggtaya:

7.1 Bet Finality

All wagers placed and confirmed on ggtaya are final and cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation. ggtaya shall not be liable for any losses arising from bets placed in error by the Player.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that results in an obviously incorrect result or an unfair advantage — including the incorrect display of odds or game outcomes — ggtaya reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's account balance. ggtaya's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Game Rules

Each game available on ggtaya is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

ggtaya is not responsible for interrupted gameplay due to Player-side connectivity issues. Where a bet has been confirmed and placed, it will stand regardless of any subsequent connection failure on the Player's end.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ggtaya:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggtaya's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ggtaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggtaya shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information displayed on the platform;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, network failures, or technical issues beyond ggtaya's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to protect their login credentials;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

ggtaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the ggtaya Privacy Policy.

ggtaya processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
